We Added 2 levels to an existing raised ranch home and needed a fair amount of electrical work.They  were extremely professional and helpful. I was not in the house when most of the work was done, but the guys who  came to do the work were punctual and friendly.Everyone that  was on site did a great job. The  job they did was to replace the house's old Federal Pacific electrical panel with a new one,upgrade our 100 service to 200 add a sub panel all new lights, switches outlets, cameras, security wires and cable telephone and ethernet wires They did a great job and were done in around 3 weeks.

My cost for my special shingles was $4500 and there labor cost was $3500. The roof job took 1 day started at 8am and ended at 6pm. i used about 30 square of shingles and the roof looks like the best one in the neighborhood.

Del Gado Builders were extremely  prompt, the job took 9 days they arrived everyday on or before 8 am Monday thru Sunday (yes they work on Sundays! when needed) they stayed as late as it took on some days till 9:30 at night! they were extememly down to earth, and straight forward from the very beginning.  They were instrumental in providing insight and alternatives to our plans an example was to remove all old particle board and tin foil insulation and replace it with plywood and spray insulation of 1 inch and fiber glass. They worked quickly and thoroughly. Robert  the owner was on site all the time working extremely hard and  checking everything throughout the demolition and framing and all went smoothly.  Overall I am extremely happy with the framing and demo , and looking forward to having him quote and do the roofing, siding, and interior finishes. you can see pictures at this link of the work he did.
