Carner Brothers

You certainly get what you pay for today and Carner Brothers is a very professional organization. They are an OSHA, EPA and code aware company that we could certainly recommend to anyone. From the moment I meet Todd the owner I felt that he just wanted to do a good job. He knew that we we having an issue and that it had to be completed ASAP. Carner Brothers did not try to gouge us on price as others tried to do. The site was neat during construction as well as after. They left the site secure till the ground settled. Thank you Todd and crew!

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the job. They were easy to contact and work with. They were always on time, worked quickly, and did a fantastic clean-up at the end of each day. So far, we are extremely pleased with the results of the job! Our on-going water problems in our basement seem to finally have been solved, and we are very grateful to Carner Brothers! We would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Everything went smoothly. The entire job took 1 day.

After the work was completely, we discovered a leak at the water meter. We weren't sure it was related to the job just done but called Carner Bros to follow up. They came immediately that day and checked it out. Even though It was unrelated to their job, they fixed the leak for us anyway. This is the second time we've dealt with this company--Todd is great! They are always quick to respond and pay attention to the small details too.

Prior to Carner Bros., we had 3 contractors come out to access the situation. All wanted to only install an internal french drain inside the house. We were concerned that water would still be coming into the house and put the project on hold. Carner Bros. came recommended to us in 2008. We hesitated to call them thinking their suggestion would be the same as the previous contractors. They came immediately out to meet with us and told us their goal is to get the water away from the house without mechanical assistance, if possible. They came several times to the house and town to review options and watch the pattern of rainflow duing heavy storms. Even after we signed the contract to start the work, they were still considering and reviewing all options, to make sure their solution would work for our situation. They continuely called with updates and even followed up after the job was completed to make sure there were no issues. One year has passed and we've had absolutely no water in our basement since the work was finished. During the job, I was shocked to return home one day to see they actually used a sod cutter to remove the grass for the installation of the drains. When the work was done (and there was a lot of digging across the front lawn), there was little evidence of any work that had just been done. Even the neighbors were commenting about how clean the job was. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt and very clean. I highly recommend them to anyone and would gladly use them again in the future.
