The owner and general contractor, Todd Lombardi, is professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs and preferences. His team worked closely with the Home Depot designer and the construction team showed an excellent work ethic. B. Lombardi Construction has an eye for detail, and adeptly managed multiple subcontractors’ work and schedules efficiently and effectively. Todd made sure that the project was completed on time and within budget, and that the new kitchen was state-of-the-art. He communicated with us regularly, kept us updated on the team’s progress, involved us in the decisions that needed to be made, and informed us of any issues that arose in a timely manner. Description of Work: We needed an entire kitchen demolished and built from scratch. We purchased cabinetry and appliances, but the Lombardi team did all the detailed work of assembling, lining everything up and making it work perfectly.

+ -1 moreThe project went very smoothly and Gary is very detailed looking at not only the projects, but the little details too. His team is very clean. There are too many details to explain how well they did their craft! I highly recommend them for any home improvement job.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen overhaul and opened up sun room into kitchen, new wood floors, plumbing, roof repair, updated electric and back yard patio. The pricing was very reasonable when comparin g their experience and insurance bonding to other like contracting companies. But, after our research we were more comfortable with them and contracted them to do the work.
