Bryan Grubb began his construction career as a pre-title mechanic with DR Horton in 1998, preparing homes for homeowner occupancy by handling assorted renovations, repairs, & finish work on projects including The Grande developments in East Windsor & South Brunswick. Focusing on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and affordable prices, Bryan now offers his construction expertise to customers throughout the NJ, NY, and PA area. got it done in half the time I anticipated; worked fast and hard NOTE TO PRICE: There was a two hour minimum at $75 per hour per person. Originally I wanted one person but had to have two due a medical issue.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], You neglected to do any type of maintenance on your deck for over 12 years. Therefore, we were unable to use the steps without risking an injury. They had to be entirely rebuilt, the decking replaced, approximately 20 spindles needed replacing as well. Any additional work which was completed, was approved by you on a contract."

Bryan completes work on time, of very good quality, and for a very reasonable price. He helped me a lot repairing things as I was getting ready to sell my house and I will be using him in my new house as well. His wife, Christine, works at Berkshire Hathaway and I used her to sell my house and purchase a new one. They were like a great one stop shop for the home buying and selling process which made things go a lot smoother.

They did a wonderful job in fixing and repainting my ceiling areas that others had made a mess of. They came 4 times to make sure that there was enough time in between for the spackle to fully set. They're very busy, sometimes it was difficult to get them here but it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend.

Bryan's technician was terrific. He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. I am delighted to have discovered Bryan, and look forward to calling him the next time I need help with a home repair.

The planning process went smoothly, although we decided to add some work while in process. The home was built in 1889 and the kitchen was an add on to the original structure. Since there was basically no insulation in the kitchen, the crew insulated the walls, ceiling and floor. Work was done promptly and the crew was great. They were very pleasant to work with and were diligent about cleaning up each day before they left. The crew came on Saturdays as well in order to finish the kitchen on a timely basis. The project turned out great and they brought my vision to life. The layout that was planned makes the kitchen more functional and I'm very pleased with the end result. I would use Bryan and his crew for any future projects and recommend him highly.
