He looked at the house carefully, got an estimate for me immediatley and put the estimate in writing. He was pleasant and thoughtful, examining the chimney report that necessitated his visit for a new heating system. I am undecided about having the work done without the long-term warranty of another gas and electric service. They are more expensive then Jefferson Plumbing but the financing of my home with a reverse mortgage means that the FHA is involved and I am leaning towards the other company's contract because of that. I would not hesitate to ask Jefferson Plumbing to work on my bathroom project if there is any money left to do that.
