A Change for the Better

What made me hire Mark was the punctuality of his estimate, coupled with the fact that he answered his phone personally (usually on the second ring), and that I was dealing directly with the owner of the company, he would lead the crew and would be on site for 90% of the job. I initially found Mark though the Sherwin-Williams store in Princeton NJ. I asked the counter for some recommendations for painters and he handed me a half dozen cards. What I found hard to believe is that, besides the quotes I received from my Angie's List search, Mark was the only business owner that had me a quote for my exterior paint job in 3 days. The estimate wasn't the lowest cost estimate I had received, but knowing that I was dealing with the owner who directed his crew. I felt better knowing that my job wasn't going to get sub-contracted out to who-knows-who paint co. They arrived when they were scheduled to (weather permitting) are professional, hard-working and knowledgeable. It took about 10 days for the total job, and my wife and I felt like we were part of the team as Mark would walk the job with us and address all concerns or questions and have them rectified (if needed). We are very happy with the work Mark and his crew did. Our home was dark and in very rough shape with previous paint peeling, chalky and faded (we purchased at a foreclosure sale). Mark and crew literally gave it a new life and a new sunny personality. Our choice of painters was absolutely A Change for the Better!
