I drove and went to the Rockaway location store specifically today to pick out back splash for my large kitchen. I walked around for 20 minutes looking for someone to ask questions and get assistance. The person at the counter on the bottom floor was engaged in a social conversation (non business related) with someone for the entire time. I got disgusted and walked our after no assistance and the fact that I saw other customers looking for someone's help too. I will gladly go somewhere else and spend my money where someone helps me.
