TRI-STATE STONE & TILE INC.

I wanted to get the renovation done quickly and not spend too much so we decided to do it ourselves.  I measured what we needed and started searching for suppliers.  Tri-State had a good selection of granite slabs to select from.  My wife and I picked out a slab.  They said they would come out to the house in about a week, measure and make a template to cut the granite.  I decided that I needed to start immediately so I brought them the dimensions (fortunately I measured and remeasured to be sure I had them right).  If they measure, they will deliver and install.  Since I measured, they would not deliver, but I was able to pick it up in my van in just 4 days.  I picked up some vanities at Home Depot and had the bathroom looking like new in 10 days.  The granite made all the difference and I was very surprised and pleased by the price --  $950 for the granite, $150 for two sinks and $600 for faucets.  The vanities and hardware cost a little under $3000.  All in, I renovated the bathroom for under $5,000.  A contractor previously had given me an estimate of $10,000 to $12,000... and I'm sure the granite would not have been as good as what I got from Tri-State.   The granite was much better and actually less expensive than what I could have ordered through Home Depot. I would highly recommend Tri-State Stone and Tile.

From start to finish, the service I received from Tri-State was excellent.  My salesperson was friendly, thorough and provided us with several options before we decided on our quartz countertop....he even stayed past closing to assist us with our purchase. While the price was not the least expensive quote I received, the service and quality were far worth the extra money.  I would like to specifically mention Daniella in the office and the team that handled the installation.  Daniella was always pleasant and helpful, and provided excellent customer service.   The installers were on time, professional, and obviously took pride in their work.  I could not be more pleased with the countertop we purchased from Tri-State. I would recommend them to anyone looking for such a product.

They helped me select the stone. They got exactly what I wanted for the my kitchen. They did a great job, and came back on 2 secondary occasions to make sure everything was to my liking. I will be using them again to do my bathroom.
