Tom professional and very knowledgeable. Completed the work of removing and installing a new toilet perfectly. The cost of the job competitive or better than other plumbers. Would recommend and would call on for future projects.

Overcharges for time and service. Leaves a mess after each job. I have used Tom the plumber a few times and each time he gives a price and it is ALWAYS double than what he quotes. He always says it shouldn't take more than an hour but he is very chatty not only with owner of the house but other workers on property and he charges for talk time too! He is correct in that the actual job is an hour but he spends another hour chatting and setting himself up and charges from time he arrives to time he leaves - not the actual work time. I do not recommend this plumber.

Tom was excellent. Professional, kind, quick and extremely reasonable price wise. Will definitely be using him again!

Tom called me immediately after my inquiry to ascertain if this was an emergency situation. I told him that it was not an emergency and would be home the next day if it could be scheduled then. Tom arrived the next day, identified the issues and made the repairs. He also cleaned up afterwards and charged a reasonable price. Would definitely hire again.

Not good. Contractor Tom Evans from Tom's Plumbing & Heating was at my property and has not properly installed a PROFLO Potable Water Expansion tank. He installed this water tank to close to the shutoff valve. As a result of this bad installation I am not be able to shut down the water, in case it needed in Emergency situation. He also, overcharged me for the water tank, by taking $120.00 for $65.00 - $70.00 unit. I tried to contact him in duration of 15 days, w/o any response from him, as Tom ignored my calls, text messages and emails. I also sent him photos of this issue for his review, but he didn't respond either. I paid him in cash $200.00 and now need to hire another Contractor to fix his issue!!

Tom arrived on time and quickly replaced the leaky bathtub spout. Then he cleared the blockage in the kitchen sink drain with a snake. He was very efficient and his price was reasonable. I would hire him again.

Thomas Evans Plumbing is the absolute best experience I have had from any professional in a long time. He mentioned his father and grandfather were plumbers before him so there is lineage and by the work he did and the timely manner it was done is a testament of how a family business is the best and the pride it instills is obvious with this company. A plumber from a homeservices company gave an estimate of $2400 and would not start the work at 2pm because he couldn't be sure to get it done by 5 (or so he said). Tom quoted a reasonable hourly rate and got it done in 1.75 hours. With materials well under $500. (Even after I showed him the other guy's quote before he began work.) Easy to work with, good with explanations, very efficient (from what I could see), careful and thoughtful (improved the pipe/valve layout).

It was a Saturday, and my kitchen faucet was leaking badly. After calling several plumbers, many of whom did not call me back, I spoke with Tom Evans. He came to my condo, told me I needed a new faucet. In went to Home Depot and bought one. Then he returned to my condo to install it, all in the same day. Great prices and very professional. I found my new go to plumber!

He made an appointment with me and arrived on the day and time expected. He and his helper were fast, efficient and clean. He did not mind my hanging around and worked through my questions with no loss in efficiency. He had to change the flue to a 4" (old was 3") and he supplied an overflow pan since one was not there. He finished the job in about 1:45 minutes, including pulling the sacrificial rod in the tank so I could see what it looked like. He checked for leaks and took the old water heater with him. When he left I told him he was now my plumber.

Tom was very professional and we felt comfortable having him work in our home. We were not the first job of the day. The earlier project ran a little long and Tom called prior to the scheduled time to inform us he would be a little late. The call was a nice change from most contractors we have dealt with in the past. The plumbing job was completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Tom works is excellent and he left the work area very clean. We would not hesitate to recommend Tom and we definitely feel comfortable calling him for future plumbing projects.

Tom responded immediately upon querying plumbers in the area. He provided full service and replacement same-day and did a quality job. Would recommend/hire again.
