Extremely professional and responsive. Working with Dan was a pleasure!

Started with several visits to their Denville, showroom NJ.  Interfaced with sales rep John Cerra who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, as well as responsive to all our questions and requests.  There were no high pressure sales tactics and we were encouraged to take our time making our decisions.  Payment terms were 50% at time of order, 50% at delivery, credit cards accepted.  Based on my research, the offered pricing was reasonable and consistent with other sources.  Cabinets were custom-ordered and delivered to my home by Special Additions truck.  I self-installed the cabinets with minimal issues and difficulty.  Initial countertop measurements were made by sub-contractor in a rushed manner and resulted in concerns that were resolved by John Cerra.  Upon delivery of countertops, I noticed one of them was not the correct color.  After several phone calls, it was agreed the top was indeed the wrong color.  There was no push to have me take the delivered top.  Both John and the sub-contractor agreed to get the correct top.  This resulted in a 2nd visit several days later to install the correct top.  I noticed several imperfections in one of the tops that were corrected  by polishing and buffing during 2nd sub-contractor visit.  I cannot say for sure if these imperfections would have been corrected, had I not noticed them and requested they be fixed.  I am quite satisfied with the final look, feel and operation of the cabinets and countertops.

Although we decided not to go forward with project, they were prompt, professional and provided the best estimate we received. 

Outstanding! Dan was a knowledgable andcreative designer and crafted a kitchen even more gorgeous than I had expected. He listened to my needs and stayed within my budget. He gave me great ideas, and always, always returned phone calls and answered all questions in a timely manner. ( usually within an hour or less.). The quality of the cabinets are outstanding, and they were delivered exactly as planned. I would highly recommend this company .

We were referred to Dan from Special Additions by our contractor. We really enjoyed working with Dan on selecting our cabinets and granite. He was very easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted and gave very good suggestions throughout the whole process.
