Sleepy's The Mattress Professionals

I had a bad experience not necessarily with the mattress, but with the mattress firm with the payments. The customer service is very bad. The mattress was about $1,800. Their responsiveness was absolutely terrible. I would never recommend them to anybody.

We received the best service from Sleepy's salesperson, Josephine, and highly recommend you ask for her if you need a specific type of mattress.  We explained that we were having difficulty sleeping on a too hard mattress that was sold to us 6 months ago and that probably never should have been sold to us.  Firm mattresses are good for back sleepers or heavy set people which neither my husband or I am.  I did my research and found that a plush mattress is best for a side sleeper.  Josephine listened carefully and understood just what we needed. She was also sympathetic to the aches and pains we were having due to sleeping on a horrible mattress.  She showed us the mattresses that would best work for us and narrowed it down to about 3 in a range of prices.  Sleepy's does offer a guarantee and we felt confident in our decision with Josephine's assistance.  We purchased a Beauty Rest mattress.  The delivery went smoothly and without any problems.  We are thrilled with our new mattress!
