There were a few surprises once the walls were opened but Joe and his crew didn't miss a beat and handled it all expeditiously and professionally. I recommend them.

Before I hire a pro for a job I always do a lot of research about what is the best solution for my needs in terms of materials, type of work, etc. I also try to find the highest quality of work that is also most economical. I met with 6 contractors for my interior French drain. Pro dry were hands down the best match! Joe is a one of the most honest contractors I hav ever hired. He delivered everything he promised in terms of quality and time. Everyone promised me 2 days or more to get the job done. Joe sent twice the amount of workers to get it done in one day and he cleaned up at the end.

Finished the job in one day and nicely done. I was impressed.

Great communication with Joe. He was very competitively priced compared to one other quote we rec'd from a bigger company, though the work described to us would have been exactly the same. Owner was very professional and gave me a good understanding of what I needed to do based on the structure of my home, and what he was going to do to rectify the water I was occasionally seeing in my basement. However, there are reservations about the Easy-Breathe system he installed - - I was not given the box the unit came in (just one panel with a label) or any brochure or warranty information, which makes me feel that perhaps I received a used or refurbished unit. Also, insulation was not re-installed around the vent leading outside as it should have been before their departure. all-in-all a good job, though.

Overall, they did a good job. A significant amount of disorganization and complaining between the crew was evident. However, the job came together well and I am satisfied with the finished project. The two managers, Joe and Frank were most accommodating with my concerns and request. I feel they went out of their way for me. My wife also went out of her way as well to make sure the crew had plenty of food, drinks and snacks throughout the entire project. They ate very well !

Joe (one of the owners) was professional and courteous. His crew came the day promised and worked two days until the job was finished. The working conditions in our crawl space were far less than good and were quite gross to say the least. I was impressed with the attitude and effort of the crew while they worked. I believe the job was done correctly and all areas were cleaned up well. I will have to wait until a good soaking rain to know if the FRENCH DRAIN works as it should. But, so far so good. I only wish the discharge for the sump pump was in a different area.

I selected Forever-Dry Waterproofing (Frank Rosario) and was very happy with their work. They arrived on time, were very courteous, worked diligently and quickly, and cleaned up everything. It took two days for them to complete the job. I had some heavy items which I could not move myself out of the closet and they moved all this for me when they arrived. Both Frank and Joe stopped by several times during the first day to check on the job and show me what was being done and answer any questions I had. Craig Ward followed up with a phone call the next day about how I liked the work and I told him I was happy. I told him I needed an ownership transferable warranty and he told me he would get this for me. We have not had any major rainstorms since they completed their work so I cannot comment on whether my basement is totally dry yet.
