From start to finish O'Neil and Sons were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Their installers were great. They noticed that because of the height of the existing pile on the carpet that when we painted it didn't make it low enough. They asked for the paint color and touched up the walls before putting the carpet down. Amazing service.

Great.  He arrived alone and I was concerned that he would not be able to move the significant amount of furniture in order to do the job but he had sliders and was able to do everything himself. He first spent a couple of hours moving furniture and stretching the carpeting. He then cleaned all the rooms. He moved all the furniture back to the position it was in when he arrived. The 18 year old carpeting looks  new and the bumps are all gone.  He worked steadily the whole time he was here and was very pleasant.

Gary arrived on time and worked hard to restore the wood floor. It looks great now. I will definitely use this company again. I wish I had hired him originally to clean my carpets. He will be who I hire the next time.
