I email them what I need to get done, which were signs, and the wording, as well as the amount.
The signs were done but in the wrong size, and wrong wording. Actually they got the whole order wrong
I gave them a C becuase they gave me some credit, towards my purchase, but still have overall dissapointed. And it took a very long time to get the signs, almost 4 weeks

"We don't have any record of a customer with this name. We work very hard with our customers to get the orders correct. We give them specific estimates with sizes, materials and prices. We send out full color proofs for the customer to approve. Again being unfamiliar with this persons name, I can't address this review specifically. Timing is based on many factors. Our work load, paint drying times, weather, and customer response to name just a few. I would like to know who this customer is so I could respond to the specific job."

So far it has been great. They are good problem solvers because we had a couple of hiccups with the files and they were able to solve it and saved me some time.
