They're on time. They're very friendly. They do a lot of extra stuff for you. If they're not punctual, it's not their fault, because they're waiting for materials from a supplier or something like that and they will call ahead to let you know. Communication is good. You have a written contract and you go over everything with them. Everything is put out in front of you. You know up front what are the costs and what's covered. They gave us the lowest bid out of everybody and they stuck to it. We're using them for remodeling in the future.
