Brian performed all the maintenance and repairs on boiler and plumbing at my previous residence. Super responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. When buying our new construction townhouse, Brian walked through the build with us to assess the quality of the HVAC being used by the builder and made recommendations on how to improve system performance. The day after closing, his team arrived promptly at the site to install a new Power Room sink, a slop sink in the basement, and a high-performance HEPA filtration system on the HVAC. Minor work but treated like it was their most important project. One day after a site visit, I have a quote in hand from Brian for installation of A/C and zoning for a new house I am buying (detailed quotes always delivered promptly with detailed Statements of Work). NOTE: a few months ago we suddenly lost water pressure in our master bath shower, kitchen sink and slop sink. what the heck? after researching online, i left a message on a sunday morning with Brian's office. he called me back himself within 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and recommended the fix (which fortunately we could do ourselves). Such great service.

Perfectly. We recently moved to a new home that did not have central air. We got several estimates on installing a new system. While B.A. Colella's quote was not the cheapest (nor was it the highest), we felt Brian understood our needs and was willing to go the extra distance to make sure the system worked up to and beyond our needs. The other quotes simply said "This is the cost... sign here". Brian took the time to examine our quirky layout and realized that without additional duct work, we'd never be happy with any system. We agreed and sign with them. Due to a delayed closing on our part, we missed the original install date but the staff at B.A. Colella did everything in their power to get re-scheduled and get the a/c installed. When they date arrived, the 2 installers were terrific. They were quick, clean and professional. Everything was done perfectly and I expect the system will be humming along for years to come. All around great experience.

It went really well. They were very professional.

Our 5yr old oil burner cracked on a frigid Friday evening.  Thinking that we would have to replace it, we considered an oil to gas conversion.  We called Brian on Saturday morning and he was here early Monday to access the situation.
He gave a very thorough, careful analysis of the scope of the work and provided everything in a clearly written work order within a few hours of his visit.
He was professional, competent and caring.
We have decided against the conversion because the original manufacturer is honoring the product warranty and replacing it at no cost other than labor.  We can't justify the added cost of conversion under these circumstances.  However, I would highly consider Brian for future work and would recommend him.
