I watched 2 You Tube videos on fixing what probably was the problem and since I am not an appliance repair person, I knew my limits and got professional help.? They responded almost immediately to my online booking.? Couldn't have been easier.? I don't think I got a great price, but being able to have the dryer fixed the next day was worth it.

The gentleman that came out was very professional and courteous. He checked and found one of the tubes from the compressor had corroded and oil had leaked out. The compressor was running without the oil and simply burned itself out. He charged us for the diagnostic work and gave us an estimate to repair the unit, and advised us the diagnostic charge would be applied to the bill if we chose to go ahead. The charge was reasonable but we decided it was too much money to spend on an 8-year-old fridge and decided to buy a new one.

Appliance Professional Svc used to service in this area before. They really knew their work. They really are good and efficient. I had a situation when I had to go for the igniter and I tried some other company. Every one of them told me to get rid off the stove and then I called them up. It was like a miracle. They were fantastic and repaired it. They are very friendly. Their price was fair as it was neither too high nor cheap.

I was told to expect them between 11-2, the man showed up at my door at 12 noon. He got right to business, opening up the dishwasher, inspecting the gasket and door seal, and confirming they needed to be replaced first. He removed the gasket and seal, removed the inside door to put the new stuff on, and explained to me how the seals get destroyed (if you don't rinse off dish soap from the sink well enough), and how to get the soap *out* of the dishwasher (a couple tablespoons of cooking oil!) to make sure the new seals don't get corroded. Then, we discussed how one would clean a dishwasher, and he told me simply "Half a cup of white vinegar, no dishwasher soap, run it through a full dishwasher cycle." When he was done, I offered him a bottle of water for the road, and he told me "Now take care of this dishwasher. We don't want to have to come back!" They have a loyal customer now. If I ever need any appliances fixed in the future--I'm calling these guys.

Called on a Saturday morning as the refrigerator was leaking. Was told that someone was in my area and would be able to come that afternoon. Chap came, very pleasant, diagnosed the problem (blockage in the drain causing leak when refrigerator was defrosting) cleared blockage, everything okay. Promptness greatly appreciated as I was was having the kitchen floor replaced and couldn't proceed since fridge was leaking!

Desperate, I went on the web and decided to keep calling and to get at least a Monday appointment. When I called APS, the secretary was nice and pleasant, calmed me down and told me to give her my phone number and a tech was going to call me back in 5 minutes. Two minutes later Daniel called and when I explained the situation he just said "no problem let me finish with this call and I will be over in 20 minutes. As promised he showed up in less than 20 minutes, neat, clean professional looking in his uniform, he took a look at the machine put his hand under it in the front and said: you need the pump, it is going to cost you $115 plus tax, would you like me to fix it now?. I also asked him if he could reverse the door on my dryer and he said no problem it takes 5 minutes, when I inquired how much he laughed and said, "no way I am going to charge you for that". Overall one of the best experiences I ever had with a servicer or contractor. I highly recommend this company to anyone.
