Great... the service man (Paul) was wonderful! My only complaint - I felt I was descriptive enough when I first called that the service man could have simply brought the part in his initial visit and repaired at that time. Instead, I was charged $90 for the assessment visit and then $150 for the repair visit (minimum charge) to replace a $40 part. If you know what's wrong, suggest being abundantly clear on that first call so they come with part (if it's in stock). You'll save $150 for the 2nd visit.

A great experience, and AGS will be my new go-to company for large appliance service in the future. When I initially called, I spoke to a cordial phone rep who took my info and explained their policies and warned me upfront that if parts were needed, they might have to be ordered. I was given a timeframe for the technician to come out to my house the next morning. The technician called beforehand to give me an ETA and then was courteous while he was here. He quickly spotted the problem and did not mind at all explaining it to me. The repairs were completed and the washer is as good as new. Of course the quality of the work is of utmost importance, but a close second is the professionalism of the operation, and my experience today was A+ in all regards.

We were bracing ourselves for needing to invest in a brand-new (enormous to replace our Viking) refrigerator. The AGS technician, Paul, came in and very systematically got to the root of the issues. He walked us through step-by-step to piecing together the solution and did additional tests to ensure maximal functionality. In the end, it turns out not only are the fridge/freezer working, but the icemaker/water dispenser (previously thought dead) are also working! Thanks to Paul, we have likely dodged a huge bullet.

They were prompt, courteous and they worked with me to fit into my schedule. A technician and owner came out to look at the range and diagnose the problem.

We were able to schedule an appointment within 3 days from the date of the call.  We had 2 appliances to be serviced - a Viking microwave and a Whirlpool washing machine.  Initially the appointment was scheduled for the microwave then we called a few hours later after the washing machine just happened to give an error code.  I was told it would be no problem to repair both appliances at the same appointment.
The repairman came within the 2 hour time frame and was professional.  He repaired the microwave - replaced the monitor switch.  He then checked the washer and said it needed a new computer panel, and he would have to order the part.  He said he was going to call the office as soon as he got in his car to have them to call me with a price on the part and estimate for the labor.  He said I would also be given a time frame as to when the part would arrive and when it could be installed.  I never heard back from anyone, and a call back to them was not returned.  Another service is coming tomorrow to repair the part.

It was a warranty issue so there was no charge. They came right away and ordered the parts. The parts were delivered to my home so I knew when they arrived. The techs were great. The appointment scheduling was wonderful and they made sure that I received my parts so they didn't have to schedule a second visit. He was clean and cleaned up after himself. It was nice; it was good.

When he showed up, he was on time and new my appliance already.  He knew just what was needed and where to get the part.  He was able to complete the repair that day.
