On arrival, was bright, well spoken, professional, on time as committed to the day before. Inspected the site, made one trip to gather required tools and materials to protect floor and minimize mess. Worked through a process to identify and fix several problems causing the leak, confirmed the fixes all worked, was personable, fast, efficient and effective, and on departure left no trace of having been there or having done any work in the bathroom notwithstanding disassembling two valves, replacing a spout, and repairing an old toilet with a cure that bordered on genius and did not involve replacing any parts a normal plumber would have blamed the problem on. The experience was terrific and his knowledge, intelligence and overall competence was awesome to behold.
