I had an appraisal right before we all shut down for Covid and it took a little longer to get their appraisal over to me. However it was NOT their fault as they had to track down the realtors and everyone involved with getting the comparison and tax information. They communicated with me during the entire process and that was all I needed to convince me what a great group I had hired. Thank you to Patrick and Joe for putting in the extra effort!

Patrick and Joe could not be nicer. They're also incredibly thorough and competent. They are in constant contact so there's never a question about what's happening. They answer every possible question (and I'm a pain in the neck because I ask a million questions). I gave them an atypical, very difficult task and they came through. The report was accurate and detailed and, yes, I read the fine print. They are reasonably priced and this is one of those rare instances where I can't find a negative thing to say about the entire process.
