HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND INTELLIGENT. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE MANNER. HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY TOO, AND I REALLY NEEDED THAT.

THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB REPAIRING MY COMPUTER BUT I THINK THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO GET THE WORK DONE AND THEY WERE LATE PICKING UP AND DROPPING OFF THE COMPUTER. THE WORKERS WERE KIND OF RUDE TOO.
