Her percentage was within normal standard and it was like 1.8%. Everything was good and secured. She's very conscientious. You shouldn't have any problem of you doing your own research and she work with you. In my case, she gave me all the leeway that I needed and she did a tremendous job. There was no problem at all.

She is very good, I am very picky i only wanted to do rehab's and repo's she was very patient. ans she always stayed in touch with me. And she hung in there, and through i found my inspector, attorney, and mortgage guy.
