This service was a pleasure from start to finish. It was easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience. I was given a window of 1 1/2 hours for the service. I got a call the day before to remind me. The morning of the appointment Bob, the provider, called to say when he would arrive. He arrived at exactly that time. Bob was professional, courteous and pleasant and did a great job. He even did the closet at no extra charge. The whole process took only a little over an hour. The carpets now look beautiful, like new
