TOP TO BOTTOM PAINTING SIDING

Our office is an old row house, It has not been painted in at least 60 to 70 years. So there was lot of hand rub marks, stains & cigarette smoke on the walls. Len did a real good job of prepping the walls for paint. He also pointed out the ceiling that I had just had sheet rocked & spackled was not finished sanded right & should have been primer painted, I had the contractor return & sand the ceiling, but it was still too rough. So Len finish sanded the rough areas at no extra charge. He advised that to paint the trim a different color would add to the cost of the job. So I went with the same color on both walls & trim which looks fine for the office. He was neat, orderly, got the job done in the time period he quoted & cleaned up after the job was finished. I was so used to those old dirty walls! What a difference a good paint job makes ! The second job was painting our three old building over head doors. These doors are Very old & where in need of paint or would need to be replaced soon at great expense. Len scraped, power washed, primed & painted all three doors and was very helpful in picking out the correct Phila Brown color that matched the rest of the buildings. He was very neat (didn?t spill any paint or primer on our side walk!) With the good coat of primer & paint & feel I can get another 5-10 years out of these doors before they need to be replaced.
