Rich was fantastic. He came to my house and came up with simple and cost effective solutions. He is very pleasant. He did everything that I asked, and it has remained fixed. Other plumbers came and gave me very expensive estimates for my jobs, but Rich did it for a more realistic price and got the work done. Also, he will occasionally bring his father, and they work together to get the job done quickly and efficiently. In both personality and work, I think that Rich is out of this world.
