He was excellent! He wasn’t the cheapest, but he wasn’t the most expensive, cause I talked to maybe 4 or 5. I would say his price was good. I’m glad I thought about that, because anything I can do to help him, I really want to do, because he was just so good and the way he responded.

Everything went outstanding.  First of all, I liked the fact that before Rob ever gave me an estimate, he came to our property and did a thorough look at everything that needed to be done.  He explained it all to me and then wrote up the estimate. 
Prior to the day that he was to arrive, he began to bring in some of the materials that he was going to use.  We had to wait a couple days for the permit but while he was waiting,  he did work that didn't require a permit, just to speed things a long.
Once he had removed the lining and everything that needed to be removed from the pool, it had to be inspected. The inspector was supposed to be here between 7:00 and 8:30 in the morning.  Rob did not have to be here but he was.  He was here at 06:45 in the morning and waited until the inspector arrived, which wasn't until 8:30.   This is called GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND.
 
Rob did the work himself with one helper.  Once he finished filling in the hole, where the pool previously was, he spread down topsoil, put down grass seed and covered it all over with straw.  He didn't just leave a messy yard to be completed by someone else.
He is extremely talented and proficient at what he does.  I can't say enough good things about him.  He is very customer oriented, does his best to ensure that the client is satisfied with his work, handles all customer contact with professionalism and respect.  In other words he treats his customers the way he would want to be treated. 
I would definitely hire him again and refer him to everyone else.
