KOBOLAK & SON INC

Kobolak and Sons did major work in our kitchen BEFORE we purchased our house. High end cabinetry and appliances. They do big big jobs. Shortly after we moved in, we called the company for minor revisions and new cabinets to be placed in laundry room. Tibby, the son, comes out. Arrogant and dismissive, not professional. Thought I overlook the attitude as long as they do quality work. Claims he's on big jobs elsewhere and stated a very late timeframe to start our menial job. Ok. Not in a rush. Leaves our house with high estimate, never heard from again. Called office several times, Daina (wife and secretary) made repeated excuses. After weeks I gave up. Two years later, the cabinet paints chipped and cracked, significantly. I wanted touch up or resurface, ideally from the company that made it. Swallowed much pride and called Kobolak and Sons, again. Did not mention the previous unacceptable dismissive behavior by Tibby, did not remind Daina who we were, but thought our address would give it away. Nevertheless, we need to get the job done, we were more than willing to pay to get things done right, even if the initial job was probably only 3 years old, despite different owner. Tibby comes out again. No acknowledgement of being here before, so I have no idea if Tibby realized how we left off 2 years ago. Looks over everything. Same attitude. Same subpar delayed timeframe. Gave an estimate and approximate start date. Leaves. Never heard from again. This time I only called once, after the no show "start date". With high end cabinet makers a dime a dozen in this area, I'm surprised they can be so arrogant. Beyond disappointed.
