Wayne (the owner) was punctual and very helpful in explaining what he was doing and making sure we were satisfied with placement. He offered to remove the trash. He also encouraged us to donate the replaced items to Habitat Restore. When we called him the next day about a change we wanted to make he was very responsive and has offered to make the change with no charge. We used him once before to install a range hood and we were equally satisfied.
