I'm very happy with the assistance provided and the work that was performed. My front door deadbolt was stuck in the locked position - couldn't open it from the inside or out. I called and described the problem, and provided some details regarding the brand/model of the lock. What impressed me is they indicated they would fix the problem in the most efficient and cost effective way possible once they came to the house and identified what was wrong. The technician arrived within the time frame promised, and called a half hour ahead of arrival. As he walked up to the front door, he identified the problem immediately, and it was fixed within a half an hour.

Perfect experience from start to finish. Called to see if they could handle the job, gentleman that answered the phone said the automotive locksmith was tied up with a customer and would call me back in 1/2 hour. Twenty minutes later Tom, explained the whole process, gave me a price, and told me how long it would take. I arrived, he took me right in, cut my keys, and off I went.

My laundry room door wouldn't open and Cliff came to the rescue and replaced the spring latch (I think that's what it was called!). Very quick service (I called a little after 10 in the morning and someone was at my place before lunch!) and I am extremely happy with the fixed door! :)

The estimate I received on the phone was accurate. Services were performed the same day that I called. Installer was professional and helpful. I had a few questions after the installer left and when I called, my questions were answered and I was offered a repeat visit by the installer to address any other issues. It turned out that my questions were due to my confusion as to how to set the keyless entry deadbolt and the installation was perfect.

I scheduled service to have two doors (three locks) re-keyed. Cliff arrived at the beginning of a one hour window that CLC had scheduled. In about an hour, he disassembled all three locks, checked them for problems and rekeyed them. He also lubricated all three locks so they operated more smoothly. After Cliff left, I tried the new keys in each of the locks. One of them was very tough to turn at first, but locking and unlocking that lock must have spread the lubricant he used around more thoroughly and now it functions well.

CLC Locksmiths was recommended by someone we know. I called CLC shortly after 8 am, and was told they could send someone late in the morning, after 10. I was happily surprised when one of their locksmiths called to say he could come even sooner. He arrived before 10 am. Before changing the locks, he discussed a simple fix for the loose latch plate on one door, something I hadn't mentioned when I made the initial call, and which would add a little over $30 to the estimate I had been given when I called. I agreed to the additional repair, and he completed the work quickly. Both the representative I spoke to on the phone and the man who did the actual repair were courteous and thorough in asking for the specific information needed to do the work properly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing the services of a locksmith.

Called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out first thing Friday morning. Locks were changed and bill matched their estimate. Without request they adjusted the strike plates on the basement door so that it would close completely. There was no extra charge for this
