Jack Carswell was very professional. I called him when getting estimates and he was able to answer all my questions over the phone. Subsequently when I called him back to set up the appointment we agreed on a date and a time and he arrived as promised on time. His workers completed the job in about 6 to 7 hours.

We were pleased with the service. We plan on using them for more projects. They showed up on time and did the job efficiently.

Generally ok, all the work got done and was (eventually correct.  I had to have them rewire the lighting switches and ceiling fan controls twice since they were incorrect the first two times.  Three pendant lamps were hung over peninsula, but were initially left all all different lengths.  Had to have correct that so they were all at the same height as they should be. They installed a low voltage undercabinet lighting system as part of the remodel.  We didn't get to review/approve the selection, and the system is poor quality.  Its a rail system that the individual lamps plug into with clips, and the clips are plastic and keep breaking or coming loose.  In the family room, there are many casement windows, and the outlets obviously had to be placed under the windows in some places.  But the remaining outlets are all at a different height (which looks a bit odd).  They added two new outlets to our dinning room, and put these at a different height than the existing outlets. Bottom line:  the work was technically ok, but there was no attention to detail and careless.

Fair. Jack arrived on time to assess the work and provided us an estimate on the spot. We had a family emergency which caused us to have last minute schedule change and Jack was very flexible with us. Most of the work was completed quickly and satisfactorily. However, the initial hole for the recessed light was cut too large and poorly patched. The pendant light hole was cut large as well and poorly patched. Additionally, they left dirty fingerprints on the walls where they changed out switch plates. The painters, who were on site that day, patched and sanded the holes neatly and to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the sloppiness.

Very Good! Looks great, lots of light in the room now! We get lots of compliments. Especially on the under cabinet lighting. It adds a very nice touch. The workers were kind and very diligent.
