2 Gals Housekeeping

It didn't turn out too well. She charged me way too much. When I called to report that she didn't clean my kitchen backsplashes and ceiling fans and there was no attention to detail, which we had discussed prior to her beginning, the owner of the company said that she would certainly make it right and have someone come out and reclean. To date she has not returned my calls to set that up. I am thinking that she does not want to stand behind her company. She sounds like a very nice woman on the phone and is very nice to talk to but I have not gotten any response from her. I feel that if she wasn't going to do something, she should at least call me and tell me. There is no communication at all.

I love Susan and Jessica!!! I can't believe nobody has added their service to Angie's List before now! My husband and I work long hours, and don't feel like using our precious free time on the weekends cleaning. We have been using their service for about 6 months now, and what a difference. They come twice a month. We've given Susan a set of our keys, so she cleans while we are at the office. I can't tell you how great it is to come home after a long day of work and the housework is already done! The house is always spotless after they've left and smells clean and fresh. I have mild allergies, and have noticed a difference since starting their service. They're also available at the drop of a hat. We had a party coming up, and I called Susan to get some last minute help to get the house into shape. She was able to squeeze me in, and showed up within a few hours. The 2 Gals really take pride in their work. They're always friendly and approachable. They feel more like friends than hired help, and that's such a rare thing to find. Don't pass these ladies up!!!
