Sleepy's Delran

Purchased a mattress for my mother to be delivered to an assisted living facility. At the time of purchase, I asked the salesman if delivery could stop by her house which was within a 2 mile radius to remove the old mattress so I could use the existing bed frame and wouldn't have to pay for a new one.. He said that wasn't possible. I didn't like it but accepted his answer. The mattress was delivered on Sept 18 and a day later, I noticed that something was wrong with the frame because the mattress was not sitting squarely the frame. I called my salesman and he said I would have to get back in the 4-hour window delivery queue because the delivery people would have to inspect the frame. I scheduled this for Sept 23 at which time I took vacation from work. I received a phone call approx 10:10am from the delivery guy, and I told him I would be there in 10 mins, please wait and he said ok. Exactly 10 mins later I arrived but delivery had left. I received a message from their transportation and requested that they come back to fix the frame. I spoke to a supervisor who flat out told me they were not coming back and after she told me she would give me another "opportunity" to reschedule, I hung up on her. I don't consider lousy customer service an "opportunity". I then called the store and in the absence of my salesman, spoke to another salesman, told him my story and rescheduled for Sept 24. He said I didn't have to be at the facility, I notified the staff and everything was set. Or so I thought. At approximately 10:15am, while I was at another appointment, I received a call from the transportation department that the delivery guys were at my house, no one was home, so they left, and I would have to reschedule! I said no thank you and hung up. What's even worse, they showed up at the house where I asked if they could go and remove the old mattress and was told N-O, can't do it. I am now out the money for the frame which is holding the mattress incorrectly and will need to pay for removal of the old mattress. Another thing, they will not call you from their last delivery to let you know they are on their way to make your delivery. This is a horrible company, and I will never, ever buy anything from them or Sleepy's which now owns 1-800-Mattress.
