Ron is prompt, calls me when work is done, takes time to explain in detail what he did, refers to car computer standards & specs, always provides an estimate, and has successfully identified & corrected all problems I've come to him about regarding car. He and appointment setter, Debbie, are always polite & helpful. His prices are very competitive and I believe he has saved me money by identifying unnecessary work another repair service wanted to charge me. Ron completed the work & repaired the problem for much less money. I have found him to be very honest. He even sent me to my dealership for a repair believing that it was covered by the warranty, thus saving me money, but costing him work.
