Complete Home Inspection
We hired Bill upon recommendation from our realtor. Thanks to him we did not make a bad mistake with the first house we thought would become our home. He saved us from what would have been a horrible mistake in buying. We hired him again for the second potential house. He is so kind, so thorough and knowledgeable and so great to work with. I can only recommend him highly, you will not be disappointed. Bill was extremely professional in conducting our home inspection. His report was clear and concise and he spent a considerable amount of time surveying our home and explaining any items of concern in-person also. Bill was also very accommodating when we needed him to come to the property a second time to examine the home and provide a professional opinion on something we were questioning. Bill Bolton did a great job inspecting the home. He offered me a good deal on the prices and was very patient and negotiable with scheduling changes due to COVID19. He was highly detailed during his inspection, answered any questions I had, and offered great suggestions on how to best repair any issues in the home. I also received the inspection report quickly with no delays. This company did a good job on my home inspection!

We hired Bill for a home inspection. We were impressed by the thoroughness and attention to details that he paid during inspection. He inspected the house for almost 3 hours. Most importantly, he found major problems, that would have cost us a lot of issues and money in the future. He found for example that roof might be leaking due to some discoloration in the attic ceilings. A follow up inspection with a roof contractor confirmed that the roof was leaking. I would definitely recommend Home Inspection Foundation for home inspections.

Mr. Bolton was truly professional arriving promptly for the home inspection. He allowed us to walk along with him during the inspection and answered all my questions on the spot. He demonstrated patience and provided (in layman's terms) explanations for my understanding. At the end of his inspection, he took the time to thoroughly go over his findings (including photos) and answer more questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Excellent customer service. The responsiveness to timely answered calls and emails was outstanding. The owner "Bill" who completed the inspections was very accommodating to our last minute schedule changes. I was very surprised that he was also able to complete a full detailed report of the inspection within 48 hours and needless to say on the weekend!!! Very pleased and grateful.

Bill was great to work with on this inspection. He was very thorough and paid attention to the fine details. Due to a miscommunication by the seller and previous buyer, the power was turned off at the property the day of the inspection. This was no problem for Bill as he completed most of the inspection and came back at a later day to finish the electrical and appliance work. I can not say enough how professional and accommodating Bill was during the entire process. His report was very detailed to include pictures and recommendations on how to proceed with, or fix, each item inspected. Highly recommend.
