Very good. Due to a delay on another job, they were initially 2 hrs. later than we had expected them. This turned out not to be a problem because we needed to coordinate the timing of the window installation with the replacement of the alarm contacts. The delay worked out well because the serviceman came at just the proper point in the window installation. He worked efficiently and was done in just a little over an hour.
