"Our Company does not recieve complaints often. When we recieve a complaint we try to address the matter as soon as we can. On Thursday 9/12/13 we were to start the customers job on Pequannock Road in Pompton Lakes. We came in from Hamburg Turnpike onto Ramapo Ave. we can not pick and choose where to park a 15' trailer and a dump truck to unload the equipment with all cars parked in the road. We pulled in front of (Member name removed) house. Our trailer had a backhoe on it. This is what pulled some leaves off of the tree. It did not take down branches as (Member name removed) stated. She came out and spoke to me Walter Krowska, I am the owner of the company. She carried on about the tree so I told her that the Town has a right-a-way so many feet from the curb to her property. The tree in question does not belong to her. It belongs to the town. Nor is the tree on her property. It is on the towns property. I offered to trim the branch and pickup the leaves that were in the street. She told me to just leave it alone. I started the customers job around 8:00 am and was done about 12:00 pm. We were gone in about 4 hours. Now I guess (Member name removed) did not get any satisfaction from the Boss so she calls the office to voice her complaint again. She spoke to my secretary regarding the incident by her house. My secretary could not answer her because she did not know what happened. She told (Member name removed) they we did not take complaints lightly and would look into it. She did not leave her name or phone number to get back to. Now we come back on 9/25/13 to pave the customers driveway. Again we parked in front of (Member name removed) house. We unloaded our equipment around 8:00 am finished the driveway, spread top soil and left the job around 12:00. We did not leave any garbage at the job site. I am on all jobs and make sure we pick everything up. Also before I left, I gave her neighbor a driveway estimate. He liked our work. I don't know what (Member name removed) is looking for. We did not work for her. I guess she is just rating us on not telling her what she wanted to hear. I will not work for customers like her. She would never be satisfied. I feel that now it is at the point she had to voice her complaint for the 3rd time to you with her unfair allegations. This is getting to the point of harassment."
