We have been using them for 35 years. Its worked well in terms of whenever we have any problems they come over immediately. Reliability.

I have been using them for 30 years. They are pretty responsive.

They are there when we need them.

We just ought a house in Northern NJ two weeks ago and the previous owner had a contract with Keil Oil to service their heating system and also provide their oil.  Being new to the area and since the previous owner used them, we continued to use them.  In the two weeks that we have owned the house, Keil has had to come out three times to service the equipment, most recently to include this evening.
Each time we have had to call the service technician, we would get an attitude and the response would be "I got a bunch of calls ahead of you so I'll get to you when I get to you".  This was the case tonight as well.  Furthermore, after explaining our current situation which involved the boiler not activating, the heat decreasing down by almost 20 degrees, and a pipe bursting in the wall with water gushing out if it, the technicianstated over the phone "that's a plumbing problem".  Without even looking at it.  So we called a plumber and they came out and said yes a pipe did burst  but they went further to say that the pipe burst because the transformer to the boiler had broke.  Furthermore, they noticed that the condition of the heating system was in disrepair and that the "service contract" was lacking to say the least.
Thinking back about it now, we had our home inspector look at the house before we bought it and he noticed one major hazard with the heating system which we made a requisite to have the sellers repair it in order for the sale to go through.  Keil had been "servicing" the equipment for years and the hazard was so blatent and dangerous that the house could have caught fire anyday.
I won't get into the side story of how I should not buy oil from the company that services the heating equipment.
The technician that came out tonight was outright rude, disrespectful, and degrating to my partner.  I will be terminating my current service agreement with Keil immediately and find a more suitable and proefessional company.
