It was indeed a pleasure to deal with Kiel Heating and Air Conditioning. We didn’t have any heat in our home for about five days because our gas furnace stopped working. Because of this they expidited the process with great service with Anthony who gave us the installation quote, with Barbara the gracious owner from the office and with our HVAC Technicians, Sammy and Charlie. Kiel Heating and Air Conditioning came on a Monday afternoon to do the estimates and starting working Tuesday morning @ 7:30AM to put a brand new HVAC system in our home. They did the whole installation (Gas Furnace & Air Conditioner) in one day. We are so grateful for their great work. We would totally recommend them to anyone else who is looking to make a HVAC upgrade or replacement for their homes.

The estimate that the salesman (Eddie) provided was exactly the work that was done. The replacement was completed in about 6 hours and both of the technicians, Charlie and Wade, did excellent work. The system has been up and running for about two days now and works flawlessly.

It was good. Three guys came in and they did the work in less than one day. And they were very neat. I've been using them for at least 15 years. One time I did have a problem and refunded the service visit charge. And this is the only instance that I've had some trouble.

Service technicians arrived on time, put down materials to protect my floors/carpeting, removed the old unit and installed the new unit. It took about 5-6 hours from the time they pulled up to the time they left. After they were done, they walked me through the installation (very professionally done) and operation. Kept me informed on their progress as they were removing the old unit and installing the new unit. Very pleased with the service and installation. No problems at all. I felt the price was a little on the high side hence the B for price. I vacillated between B-Good and C-Fair but ultimately went for the B because their service over the years has been outstanding and I have no doubt that it will continue to be so. Overall price seemed on the high side for a system that wasn't a name brand (or at least one I heard of). But, Keil is my go to HVAC company so I went ahead and will probably be glad I did for years to come.

I had Keil in yearly to "SERVICE" our central AC system. Since I wasn't following the contractors around while they worked, I assumed they were doing a good job. I paid an annual fee for this service. Over the years, there was no mention of replacing parts due to wear, rust or mold. Then, last year I was told I not only needed to replace the entire system, I was warned that if I continued to use it I was exposing my family to toxic mold!! Of course, the cost to do this would be great! Needless to say, I did have the system replaced, but I contacted a REPUTABLE firm that was professional, thorough and have the customer's best interest at heart.

After using Keil for years, I always felt that trust was an issue. I believe that they force replacement on you prematurely. Recently they told me that a unit they replaced 11 years ago would only function for 2 weeks. I was suspicious, since when they replaced the unit only 11 years ago and the warranty was over at 10 years. I called in another company who found the unit was ok. Also, I had a service plan to winterize and summerize every spring and fall. When the new tach opened the outside units he doing old leaves dirt and spider webs. Proves nothing was serviced on the outside. There's more also which I will not go in to. The result is I don't trust them. I feel they are not trustworthy. Switched to a new company.

All teams involved were professional and efficient.  First, the electrical team came to ensure all connections were good for the new unit.  An hour later, the installation team arrived.  The two men who came worked continually until the job was done.  When they started, they said we would have air in two hours.  Well, two hours later they were testing the fan; two and a half hours later the house started to cool down.  Mission accomplished in one afternoon!  It is a pleasant change to have knowledgeable, professional, and courteous service men in one's home.

Right from the beginning your team impressed us.  Atre determing that our far over-the hill furnace and central AC was beyond repair,  Anthony presented our options for replacement systems and financing. There was never any "hard sell" and we felt confident in what we were being told. Your installation team appeared three days later, again right on time. Both members of the team were courteous, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. They were all extremely conscious of, and respectful of, our home and property as well as the quality of their work.  They were all happy to respond to questions and demonstrate what they were doing.

Excellent.  I was amazed!  I am an Engineer and do-it-yourself kinda home Owner.  The young guy was sharp! Since he knew I had tried some things, he listened.  Then he asked me a few questions like if the attic blower was working and I told him it was and that the coils (evaporator, as he taught me) seemed clean.  Then he went directly to the outside unit did a few tests and bang ---bad electrical Capacitor.  He replaced it and now its fixed.  
I called this in a 1pm and they promised to be there between 3 and 6pm.  He arrived at 3:48pm according to my cell phone record.  I paid $250 for the diagnosis and repair which seems very fair based on the the rapid response time.  It 5:30pm now and the A/C is working!  A+.

I called Keil to fix my AC that was not blowing cold air.  When I called, the guy I spoke with offered me assistance over the phone to try to repair it on my own and save me the service charge, which was much appreciated.  It ended up being a problem that I could not fix so I had to have someone come anyway.  I made an appointment but Keil did not show up, so I called and they apologized and we made an appointment for another day.  Keil was thorough in the inspection of my AC unit and knew just what to do.  I like that they have a pricing menu that they give so that you know they are not over charging you.  I had an overall good experience with Keil and am thankful for my cold AC.  I will use this company for any further maintenance and repairs on my unit.

Very happy with both systems Keil installed. Our salesman Glen answered all my questions. Out of the 10 or so HVAC contractors who I got quotes from Glen was the only one who went room to room counting windows and vents making sure they install the right system. Keil's installation team was great and on time. You cant beat the warranty they give you. I recommended them to my boss and he had a great experience as well. I'll be using these guys for yearly service from here on out.

The workers that came to my house were very friendly and very knowledgeable.  They answered all my questions and knew what my problems were right away.  I was very pleased with the service, so I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Keil was not the lowest bid we received.  However as we researched and met with various contractors (and discovered that they each proposed a different approach to central air in our home) it was Glen's patience and willingness to make repeat trips to the house to answer questions and explain our options that won Keil the job.
The installation team could not have been more professional.  (Apologies to them but I have a terrible memory for names.)  The job was started on time, completed on schedule, and could not have been done more neatly.  They answered every question we asked during the install with patience and courtesy but even more impressive was that they would stop and consult with us about our intended uses for various areas.  This was critical as it leaves our options open for several future expansion projects we are considering.
Although the job was only completed yesterday, we could not be more impressed with the quietness and efficiency of these Mitsubishi mini-split units.  The largest of the four inside units is @18,000BTUs and running on "super" high, it is quieter than our ceiling fans.  The 12,000BTU unit in our master bedroom could not be heard last night.  Had it not been for the power light and the fact that the entire room was one even temperature, we would not have known it was on and working.
A key element to our central A/C decision was the "staleness" of the air in two of the bedrooms (which were created out of converted attic space).  Less than an hour after the system was powered up, the smaller of teh two bedrooms was already smelling & feeling fresher.  The larger room, which reached 92 degrees the day of the install (early May) cooled 4 degrees in the first 15-20 minutes from start up and was in the 70s in less than an hour.  The 8,000BTU window unit that the system replaced had historically taken the better part of the day to achieve such cooling in that room.
Long story short, Mitsubishi ductless mini-split systems are simply AMAZING and the folks at Keil know how to design and install these systems at a competitive price and they do it professionally in every sense of the word.
