The project could not have gone any better or smoother.  I was totally amazed from start to finish.  No, I have no relationship with these folks or Home Depot, but I really have nothing negative to say at all.  The planners arrived at my home on time, spend four hours discussing the variations and choices.  All questions were answered immediately and professionally.  There was no pressure at all.  They were able to offer 24 month no interest which made it attractive to me. We chose cherry solid wood doors and drawers, and the quartz countertop.  They advised me to wait on the backsplash so I could choose the best style and colors after everything was installed. 
The cabinet carpenter arrived each day around 830 and stayed until around 630.  He cleaned up each day and was more than pleasant to work with.  He offered some options as he went along to make sure we got exactly the result we wanted. 
The work he did was truly incredible. It looks as if I had a complete tear down and new cabinets.  He completed my kitchen in four days. 
The fifth day, the countertop was delivered and installed. Again, the works were professional, on time and efficient.  
The Home Deport project manager called each day to check on my satisfaction.  Before each worker was done, they had to check in with the PM and I had to confirm that I had no outstanding issues or concerns. 
I am having my own plumber install the new faucet and still working on getting the perfect tiles for backsplash. 
Overall, far less pain than I expected and certainly no lingering issues.

We were very pleased with the service. The in store sales team also did a wonderful job in assisting us in selecting the best wall to wall carpet for our home. We will surely be going to Home Depot for all future carpet needs.

THEY HAD THE TIMES MIXED UP BUT, WHEN EVERYTHING WAS STRAIGHTENED OUT THEY CAME AT THE CORRECT TIME. THEY GAVE US A GOOD PRICE, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON THE FLOOR.
