All work done by Comfy Homes is always fantastic! I have been using Vlad and his team for more than 5 years now

Made a bunch of calls to various roofing companies and handymen about fixing the roof on a cabana in our backyard. Either they turned us down because it wasn’t a big enough project, or they just didn’t bother to call back. Then we were lucky enough to find Vlad’s company on Angie’s list.. Extremely professional, he responded promptly to our call, and gave us a very fair price. Both he and his assistant were very hard-working, did a great job, and left the area spotless. He even checked in with us periodically to make sure there were no problems after a couple of bad storms. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service! Communication was very quick and we setup a date and time to come out. The employee that came onsite was well prepared and took care of this job very quickly. This was a small job but everything was done correctly, fast and no hidden costs. I am planning to contact them again for additional work since I found that they are the most reliable general contractors I have found.

The cost was $15,000.

Great job installing two fans. Turns out one fan remote was controlling both the new fan and a preexisting fan that we had. He offered to come by for free to take down the new fan to change the dip switches on the receiver. I was able to do it myself but I appreciate his offer. Would hire again.

After one handyman cancelled on me at the last minute, I called several to keep on my schedule so the bundled pricing I received was not one of the lower ones. However, with only 2 days notice Comfy Homes was able to fit me in. Vladimir came right on time and got straight to work. Finished everything efficiently and timely. I had forgot about a fix needed on the bathroom ceiling but he noticed it and I decided to have him stay past the 4 hours to fix it so additional fees applied. Very polite and professional I would definitely use Comfy Homes again.

Amer is amazing. I started with a moderately small project (refurbish deck and awning). Based on his exceptional performance, I kept giving him more and more projects. He is creative in his approach, a joy to work with, and is as honest as the day is long.

He ripped up existing carpet and tiles. Leveled th floor and installed ceramic tile. Then reinstalled washer and dryer along with new toilet sink and cabinets above washer dryer. Upon his suggestion he removed the wall/doorway between kitchen and sunroom completely opening up the space. The work was completed in a very timely manner and his craftsmanship is superior. I feel like there is no job too small or large that they cannot do. I highly recommend them.
