They returned on 11/22/2013 and installed an Aprilaire model 500M. While the installation work was very good, I would recommend using the Aprilaire digitial models rather than the manual humidifier since they display the percent of humidity in your home. So far the humidifier is working and I am pleased with the results. I intend to call Rob back in the spring to service furnace/hudmidifer/central air to be sure everythng is working properly.
