The plumbers were very courteous and professional. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and expertly. After they finished they showed me all of the completed work which I was totally satisfied with. I noticed that they even soldered the end of the new water shut off valve that screwed onto the hot water heater to ensure that there would be no leaks. They also notified me that the water heater had 3 years left on its warranty after pointing out that it is starting to run a little noisy due to built-up deposits.

It's pretty straightforward. Brothers finally gave up and let me call a plumber. Years ago, my mother had used Keith's father and was happy with his work. When my brother suggested Keith Hammer, I looked him up on Angie's list before calling (just in case). After a little voicemail tag, he caught up with me Sunday morning when I was at the new dog park. Since my brother was at the house, he went to the house and had the drain cleared by the time I got back. I'm very happy and will not hesitate to use Keith in the future.
