CREEPS! The guys name is Sean. He came to my house with some other dude. They did nothing, said everything was fine and the guy Sean exposed himself. The guy was looking over my Spa all the sudden I look at him his fly is wide open and he’s hanging out of it… guy with him says nothing. These people are criminals, I’m convinced. Now that I read these reviews I wish I had seen their Yelp reviews before booking them… found them on Google and I thought I had vetted them well. DONT HIRE!

DO NOT USE - SCAMMER ALERT! I was looking for a pool company to clean and close up my pool and stumbled upon this so-called business on Google, which I can't even find anymore. I called the owner, Sean, to assess my pool, but he never showed up. That should have been my first red flag. Days later, he finally came over to close up the pool, and it was a complete disaster. Sean was incredibly unprofessional and shady. He didn't arrive in a company vehicle, nor did he have any logo or uniform indicating his business. He looked like someone off the street, not a professional pool cleaner. When I asked him for the company's name again, he said "Pool Service of NJ," which didn't ring any bells because I had contacted "Clear Water Service & Maintenance." He and his buddy didn't even have the basic supplies. They acted like they were casing my house, made inappropriate comments, and cursed while speaking with me like we were old pals. His worker asked me for a cup of coffee because he was so tired and said he was watching his son's game live on his phone which completely shocked me. They left garbage all over my yard, left my gate wide open, and kept making trips to his car for no apparent reason. Later, I realized why--he has two cellphones under two different business names: Clear Water Service & Maintenance (551-486-4927) and Pool Service of NJ (201-375-2432). This way, he can dodge calls, block numbers, and disappear with your money when he inevitably screws up. A few weeks later my pool cover came off and when I called him to come fix his mistake he couldn't commit to a time and acted like I was bothering him, I guess because I had already paid for the job to be done and he wouldn't be making any more money off me. He told me he didn't have time and to never call him again. I'm furious with myself for not kicking him out the moment I felt something was off. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid this scammer at all costs.

Victor seemed nice when originally scheduling the service.  Unfortunately, the guys that came were not very friendly and seemed like they were in a rush to leave.  They left the pool open but broke a part off the pump in the process.  They said it would be a  $10 part and to talk to Victor about fixing it.  He told me that it would cost $45 for the part and $125 for them to come out and fix the part they took with them.   We made an appointment for him to return but he never showed up and has not answered any of my messages since.  I would recommend going with a different pool service provider....

Victor is very fair and is a pro. He runs his business well and  never looks to pad on price. Victor first concern is your pool, not his pocket. Great run business.

It went terribly. The liner looks terrible. It has wrinkles and holes in it. I've called multiple times and the owner has made promises to come out and fix it, but has never showed up. They refuse to return any of my calls, and I am very disappointed with their service.

I've been using them for about 19 years. They have a small town feel to the business and they are fairly prompt in returning phone calls. They get to you quickly if it's not the beginning or the end of the season. They have a smart selection of merchandize and they can get you anything that's not in their stock.

The quality of the service was fine.

They arrived on time, got right to work closing the pool and left when done.   I am more than satisfied with them.

when they opened the pool ,they let all the leaves and dirty water on the cover fall into the pool iam stil ltrying to clean the pool water.  I expected when I paid to have the pool opened that when they were finished the pool would be ready to swim in ,

Made an appointment for estimate, one day,which I accepted; liner was replaced next day.This included repairing a weakened pool wall and the purchase and installation of a New skimmer and pool hoses.  Because their response was so prompt in replacing the liner, and repairing the skimmer, and pricing was reasonable, I hired them to open up the pool and will definitely use them to close the pool in the fall.

Their first trip with the liner and coping couldn't have been better. The price was by far the best from all that we looked at and they were able to replace the liner and secure the coping beautifully. We wanted to tear up the bricks around the pool and put in concrete and they gave us their mason who specialized in pool masonry. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. They did it all in one day. Their second trip this season was when we found out that our pipe from our pump to our pool underground was cracked and we had water coming into the yard. We called them on SUNDAY!! And they answered! They showed up the very next morning and fixed it for a very reasonable rate. We did have to dig up the pipe ourselves but it saved us money and time so it was fine. All in all these are now our go-to-guys for our pool. They are more than professional and since they are a young group their rates are better than competitive. You won't be sorry you went with them. They are very knowledgable and work very dilligently.
