Went very well. He checked out the roof, described the issues and quoted a price. Work was done neatly, on schedule as promised. No issues.

Brown Bros. were extremely professional. They returned my call within about an hour, and very quickly removed the damaged flashing, made a template, and made a new piece to fit. Wayne showed up on time, and not only did he replace the torn flashing piece, he also applied nails to reinforce the rest of the flashing on that side of the roof, where the wind hits hardest. Courtesy and a reasonable price make Brown Brothers winners. Highly recommended!

Original 40 year old flat roof had been patched, repaired and rubberized many times but always leaked. Took advice of roofer and had pitched roof constructed over old flat roof. Very satisfied with workmanship!
