THE REASON I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN - The electrical cables had to be covered with a layer of sand before the trench was backfilled so Super Excavating brought a pile of sand and dumped it on my lawn. The pile looked way too big for the job, but Jim told me it would be the correct amount for the length and depth of the trench. Well, about a third of that giant pile of sand was used, and six months later, I still have a pile of sand on my lawn that has now partly washed down my driveway, is all over the street and is now killing my lawn and a nearby tree. I have called, texted and told him in person that I need this sand removed, but to no avail. He keeps saying they will come by but no one ever does. Now I am trying to pay someone to come get this sand, but no one will get back to me. Thanks Jim!

They did all the excavating before the framing started and before the masonry was done. They did my whole yard and they were excellent.
