A new roof was being installed and I got very short notice this was happening. I contacted Ramapo Awning and they accommodated the request within 24 hours. Everything was done with extreme professionalism. I would definitely recommend Ramapo Awning and would hire them again.

I HAVE A 10X12 DECK AWNING WHICH NEEDED THE FABRIC REPLACED AND THE ENTIRE AWNING HAD TO BE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED BECAUSE IT HAD BE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY . THE JOB WAS PERFORMED IN A MOST PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER AND WHEN JAMES LEFT THE WORK AREA IT WAS HE WAS NEVER THERE EXCEPT I HAD A BEAUTIFUL AWNING PROPERTYLY INSTALLED.

I researched a number of awning companies online. Jim was the first one to return my call. He answered my questions in a professional, non-pushy fashion. He came over that evening to assess the job and answer some more questions. My wife & I were impressed with his character & his knowledge of his craft. After discussing our impressions of Ramapo Awning between ourselves, we called Jim later that evening to line up the job. Throughout the project, Jim conducted himself & led his team of workers in a highly professional manner.
