the owner is James and he was great, honest and very professional. i would recommend him in a flash.

Step 1 they measured for awning size front and side door. Step 2 they made the awnings too fit. Step 3 installed the new awnings removed and took away old ones. The awnings fit perfect.Charlie Total cost was $2,500 which to me was a very good and fair price.

Jim is awesome! He called me back on a Sunday and came to the rescue on Monday. My awning was stuck in the full out position. This can be dangerous with wind or rain that cane damage the awning and your deck or even the beams of your house. Very satisfied with timely and quality work!!!

I first delt with Rosmaryen on the phone to schedule an estimate. She was wonderful. Very polite & courtious. I am very critical on contractors I use working for one myself. When Jim the owner came to visit my Wife & I we immediately got great vibes from him. The price was reasonable so we went with him. Best decission we made. Jim came on a Friday himself with a helper to remove our old awning & then his buddy came later to patch the roof. They matched our old shingles exactly. They returned 2 days later on Monday to install the new awning. The whole job was nothing but stellar. No debree left behind at all & the install was nothing but professional. We are thrilled with our new awning & look forward to many years of use. Thank you Jim & your whole team for a wondeful job!!

Hired this vendor to supply and install stationary awnings on upstairs and attic front windows and replace existing retractable awning that covers first floor windows. James was very profesional and knowledgable about his product. Received awnings in time expected and on day of installation gave me updates on his ETA.
