Peter Hywel Plumbing & Heating

Peter made his original house call on us about a month ago regarding the dripping faucet.  We found the replacement part needed was not a stock item, it had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer.  I ordered the part (which consisted of a few items, not just one item).  Peter returned and that's when we found out the actual piece we needed was not included.  So again, we contacted the manufacturer for the missing item.  The item was received a few days later, we contacted Peter and he returned again.   While he was here for the faucet, I asked about a problem we had on one of our toilets.  He said he'd have to pick up the needed part for the one toilet and he would replace the mechanism on the second toilet also.  Peter was always very accommodating and he left the areas he worked in clean.

I was very, very happy with their service. They were on time and they stuck to their original price. They came on short notice. They worked very quickly and I was 100% pleased with their service.
