We have not contracted with Orly to sell our home. In spite of that, she has been extremely responsive and helpful over many months of preparation of our home for sale.
My wife and I are both disabled and need to sell our home of 17 years. Due to our disabilities, it has taken us a tremendous amount of time, about 2 years so far, to prepare our home. Throughout this time, Orly has been very helpful in things we should and shouldn't do to improve its value and time to sale. She even came with me to a paint store to help pick paint colors. All of this has been done without having a contract, or even a verbal commitment for us to contract with her.
Orly has been extremely friendly, professional and helpful throughout these past two years. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
