Arrived early than time window which was fine, or better. Billy was pleasant and informative. Good choice of company to deal with - from initial quote, appointment scheduling, and servicing. Like dealing with a local company. In three years they will send a reminder for service call. This is a great idea and I welcome the reminder.

Originally hired David Dudziema to perform this work on 11/10/17 however they never showed up or called me back. Should have called Lakeland first, they were responsive, prompt, reasonably priced and did a very nice job!

Excellence is the word !! Patti is an incredible human being ! She acted like this is her house and took care of the inspection immediately and went the extra mile to make my septic pass inspection instead of the prior company that failed it !!!! Thank you patty

I have been using Lakeland Septic for the last 15 years that I have lived in my home.  They are wonderful to work with.  They are responsive, professional and reasonably priced.  Recently I had to ask them questions on my septic system for a survey and a home loan and they were more than helpful.  I had to have my septic system mapped and it was a rush and someone came out within an hour and it was done perfectly.  I highly recommend this company

The septic was unsatisfactory and they could have charged me to do tests that were unnecessary but didn't because they are a very reputable, honest company.
Lakeland is the best septic company around! It is a family owned and run company (for I think over 40 years). My parents have been using them for over 20 years and have always been happy with them. I'm purchasing my first home and they are now my septic company as well. Patti is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I'm always afraid of hiring companies and being overcharged for services. Not with Lakeland. They are honest and reliable!

They are a local company and it is family-run. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. I didn't know anything about having a septic field as opposed to a sewer and the owner called me back to tell me things. She is very knowledgeable about our area including how long they are supposed to last, how much they cost, and what you should do to maintain it. The technician are very professional and efficient; when he digs up your front yard, he puts it back, rakes it, and leaves it in the best condition that he can.
